Nora Friedman graciously gave me permission to post her birthday present photo. Happy was a gift from her husband Colin—I was wondering who was ordering hodag things in New Orleans!

Nora's husband, Colin McFaul, wrote: "As you might guess our Hodag is named for the Hodag in Rhinelander. Nora found Hodag in the alley behind her apartment the same weekend I was away on a roadtrip that went through Rhinelander. When we decided to keep him, we realized that the only appropriate thing to name him was Hodag." Check out their blog here.
